Working alongside a renowned Chef who’s impeccable union of traditional craftsmanship with an innovative take on contemporary flavour is something that cannot be experienced anywhere else.



  • Assisting the Sommelier with managing, ordering and serving wine within fine dining restaurant environment

  • Develop outstanding product knowledge and passionately guide guests through the wine list and sake list

  • Knowledge of sake beneficial

  • An enthusiasm, efficiency and passion for first-rate customer service as you will be presenting, serving and maintaining wine service within a busy restaurant environment

  • Drive to implement and use upselling techniques aimed at generating greater beverage sales



  • A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

  • Fluency in English

  • Immaculate grooming and personal presentation

  • Minimum 2-years working in a mid – high end restaurant environment

  • A passion for the hospitality industry

  • WSET is advantageous, but not essential
