Hard working and proactive, you are the backbone of the bar team. Responsible for ensuring the bar is kept stocked and replenished as well as maintaining the condition of the back of house and public areas. You will excel in this role if you have a keen eye for detail, eagerness to learn and the ability to anticipate the changing needs of your bar team.
A new challenge is awaiting you!
Working as a bar back is a great entry-level position, which helps you to set foot into the wide world of hospitality. You will be working behind the scenes as a support for our bartender team, which will teach you first basic skills behind the bar. This role also gives you the opportunity to take a glimpse at the event space, as you will be supplying the waiter stations inside the room. All you need is a sense of urgency, team spirit, a can-do attitude and a valid NSW RSA.
