Celebrated Adelaide fine-dining restaurant Orana is temporarily relocating to Surry Hills, Sydney for a month-long residency. Ten per cent of the profits from the residency will support Zonfrillo's Orana Foundation, developed to foster the preservation of Indigenous food culture and create commercial opportunities for producers of Indigenous food products. 

Contribute to this imaginative dining experience with a refined menu and exceptional service in an intimate environment. The 22-course degustation menu will allow guests to experience more than 50 Indigenous Australian ingredients of the highest quality. 


The venue is looking for team members who exhibit strong service skills, passion, and finesse.

Being a part of the team gives you the opportunity to work with innovative Indigenous Australian dishes, a variety of top-end local ingredients and an award-winning team, producing the finest quality. Having a minimum one year experience in an upmarket restaurant environment as a Section Waiter is a must with experience in wine being advantageous.

Currently offering a variety of shifts over lunch and dinner from Tuesday through Sunday.



  • A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

  • Must be available to work from 13 August - 15 September

  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills

  • Immaculate grooming and personal presentation

  • 2 years + working in a mid-high end restaurant environment

  • A passion for the hospitality industry

  • WSET
