Job Description

Our client is a creative and dynamic boutique event production agency delivering bespoke event experiences. We are seeking a switched on and organised event professional to join their production team. This is an newly created role with room for career development and training.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure stock management of all event hire equipment i.e. chair covers, centerpieces, backdrops, draping, props and furniture 
  • Communicate with suppliers, venues and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner
  • Work closely with the Production, Design and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient and effective production process
  • Ensure warehouse is always in impeccable working order and all OHS standards are adhered to
  • Responsible for deliveries/collections of hire products from venues and suppliers
  • Liaise with Design and Production departments to understand requirements for each event re TE stock, logistics, crew, pre and post planning
  
Required skills & attributes:
  • Previous experience in an admin focused role as well as experience in event management
  • Fantastic organisational & planning skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi task and manage daily task allocations
