With a high level of customer service and attention to detail, you will be responsible for cocktail and food service of clientele seeking a special and unique dining experience in the restaurant's lounge area.



  • At least 6 months experience in an upmarket bar/nightclub environment

  • At least one year of bartending experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of contemporary food concepts, cocktail and beverage lists

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Valid (NSW) RSA Certificate

  • Fluency in English

  • Immaculate grooming and personal presentation

  • Bottle recognition of premium alcohol products
