Job Description

Are you sick of working nights? Our client, a growing multi-venue well-established homegrown hospitality group is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager who is always finding ways to make every guest’s experience an enjoyable one. The role is hands-on in service. you will be backing up the venue Manager and step up when they are not available. 
  
The role:
  • Reporting to the Venue manager
  • Work in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • Participate and promote a strong team work ethic
  • Participate in Food and Beverage briefings, meetings
  • Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled
  • Provide guests with superior customer service at all times
Required skills and attributes: 
  • A charismatic, energetic approach to work with strong customer focus
  • Someone who takes full accountability for their role
  • Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills 
  • Strong product knowledge and people skills
  • Available on a 7-day roster including weekends, but is daytime only
  • Your knowledge of the hospitality industry is paramount
  • Strong food and beverage Knowledge
  • A passion for great food and great service
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
