Calling all Venue managers. This exciting hospitality group is looking to hire Managers to run one of Sydney's hottest venues. 

This premium venue is looking to take it to the next level. Serving amazing food cooked by talented chefs and offering top quality drinks served in a stylish setting, world-class location with upbeat tunes. There is not much more you could ask from a venue.
  
THE ROLE:
  • You will assist in leading, motivating and managing a team of up to 40 staff.
  • This is a busy and fast paced environment where great food, great drink and great service is very much the focus of the venue.
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver a unique but fun dining and nightlife experience.
  • Assist in the daily operation of this landmark venue.
  • Maintain the highest of standards in one of the most talked about hospitality venues.  
  • Creating and maintaining the atmosphere of the venue
  • Managing staff, rostering, bar training
  • Minimising staffing costs (breaking and cutting where possible)
  • Back of house and admin
  • Assist with maintaining and improving the financial performance of the business
  • Driving sales to reach and surpass all budgets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
  • A charismatic, energetic hands-on approach to work.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high volume leadership role 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of food, wine, cocktail and of course service.
  • Your positive and respectful leadership style will set the benchmark for a dynamic team who are eager to learn from you.
  • You will have a personal desire to succeed and genuine desire to develop venue into a market leader.
  • Established restaurant, bar and industry knowledge of current trends in Sydney.
  • Ability to grow an already thriving business through a love of hospitality.
