Acclaimed as the World’s Greatest Restaurant Festival, Taste of Sydney runs over four days in March. Set in the stunning surrounds of Centennial Park, visitors sample food and beverages from over 100 artisan producers and 15 of Sydney’s hottest restaurants who each put together unique menus of tasting dishes for the occasion, including ‘icon dishes’ crafted by the chefs to specially reflect their philosophy and showcase seasonal and premium ingredients.
What we did:
During the past five years, BENCHMARQUE has provided Taste of Sydney with the highest level of staffing and personalised service available at the festival located within the corporate hospitality suites and VIP sponsored marquees. This includes the project recruitment, training and scheduling of skilled wait and bar as well as an event supervisor over the annual four-day event in Sydney. A highlight of the festival program is the opening night Gala VIP event attended by the who’s who of Sydney’s restaurant and dining scene.
Our on-site team is accountable to manage the many contractor sign in's, uniform checks and last minute scheduling adjustments on behalf of the client on all similar activations.
