After growing up in Romagna, an Italian region well-known for its hospitality and food, I was exposed to the profound importance of seasonality and the significance of fresh ingredients and of course the joy of building up my palate on home-cooked-meals!
My passion for food and beverage guided me away from home and around the world, travelling through three countries on two continents, migrating from the Michelin starred - Relais Chateau in New Forest (UK) direct to a fast-paced Brassiere in Bondi Beach, Sydney.
Following a 20+ year adventure within restaurant venue operations, my focus now at BENCHMARQUE is to develop and nurture young hospitality talent who are motivated to work within the dynamic restaurant space. Whether you may be considering a move into the workforce for the first time or perhaps you are a seasoned veteran looking to pass on experience to others, I am here to help you find that perfect job.
