I am an extremely adaptable hospitality management professional with a career spanning over 20 years around the world, from working on the world’s most exclusive and prestigious superyachts to having founded New Zealand’s first luxury wine tour company, and most recently being a Restaurant Manager of one of our most loved Sydney restaurants.
My experience in the hospitality industry is vast. I have an understanding and appreciation of all things wine, food, service and foremost people. Hospitality is about people, ensuring every person’s needs are catered for in every way, which translates into my firm belief in always providing a high-quality full-service experience.
