Interacting with people is something that I’ve always loved to do. Hospitality has been a big part of my life since my very first job as a waitress in a typical Italian osteria.
Since then, I continuously grew and experienced different flavours of this fascinating world from bartending during crazy summer parties, making coffees in a classy patisserie, and waitressing in a seafood fine dining restaurant to even helping my mother making fresh pasta in our family owned Deli. Thanks to my family I expanded my love for food which, to me, is a life journey discovering new cultures, customs and traditions from every typical simple dish.
I relocated to Australia several years ago and thanks to my colourful hospitality background, I started to work as a barista straight away in a fast-paced Italian restaurant. After improving my English, I became a waitress and then assistant manager in an “Aussie” restaurant.
Upon the completion of various English courses around Sydney’s colleges and obtaining a Cambridge Certification, I have started a Business-focused course, where I have become inspired and challenged to spread my wings and look for something new and completely unfamiliar to me.
After I engaged with Top Shelf Recruitment, formerly BENCHMARQUE,several months ago, I found the right opportunity for me and I have the privilege to become part of the Staffing Solution Team. My main focus now is discovering talented candidates and helping them to find their best fit and opportunity in Sydney, for a position that can create a career.
